We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a king size bed and a lovely terrace. The location, near the park, was perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, assuring us that the food was halal.

Breakfast items could have been better, with more variety and options available.

The room we stayed in was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking a park. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the amenities, like the big TV and fridge, added to our enhanced comfort. The hotel staff was great, providing excellent service at every step. We especially appreciated the polite and welcoming night shift staff member, who added a colorful touch to our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and served in a beautiful setting with delightful music in the background. we were impressed with the level of service and the aesthetic appeal of this place. The location is also perfect, with great surroundings.

This hotel is a great choice for anyone travelling long distances. the location is in the midst of beautiful garden surroundings and is ideal for a stopover. the rooms are quite big and very comfortable, with clean bathrooms and great service. Breakfast is abundant and well presented with delicate music in the backdrop. the staff here is very kind, welcoming and attentive.

There is just one downside, as mentioned by one of the reviews - some facilities are not up to the mark for a four-star hotel.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The floral wallpaper and delicate curtains gave it such a charming and elegant atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and provided comfortable seating for us seniors to relax and socialize. Accessibility-wise, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with the main attractions like the Old Bridge and the Maritsa River within easy reach. It made exploring the area so much more enjoyable for me and my companions.

The only thing I would have liked for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. Sometimes it felt like they were not properly trained to handle the needs of older guests, causing slight inconveniences during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located near a beautiful park. the beds were large and comfortable, and the room with a terrace was a bonus. the staff was extremely friendly and resolved any issues efficiently. Breakfast was included and served in a pleasant setting. we loved the level of service and the ambiance of the hotel.

The views of the park were lovely, the minibar in my room was a nice touch, and the free wifi throughout the property was a great convenience.

Beautiful Gardens and Great Food We had a great time at this hotel during our recent holiday. We were delighted to discover the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. the food was also a highlight of our stay. We couldn't get enough of the delicious dishes offered at the hotel's restaurant.

Lacks Some Facilities we were disappointed to find that some facilities were missing. We were hoping to find a gym or a swimming pool at the hotel, but unfortunately, these were not available.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - we got a spacious, spotlessly clean quadruple room with a balcony facing the park, comfy beds, a big TV, and a fridge. The staff treated us wonderfully, from the polite night shift receptionist to the attentive breakfast staff. The location was great, with a beautiful garden and park right in front of the hotel.

The food for breakfast could have been better.
